We’ll Take Care of the Details—So You Can Focus on Your Vision

You’ve scheduled your appointment. Now we need just a few more pieces of information, and we’ll take it from here.

These simple steps help us make your visit efficient, comfortable, and on time.

Step 1: Thoughtful Preparation, Better Care

To prepare for your visit, please complete our secure, encrypted patient information form at least 48 hours before your appointment.
This allows our doctors to focus fully on your care when you arrive.

👉 If you’re unable to complete the form, please contact us as soon as possible.

Step 2: So We’re Ready for You

If you, your child, or family member will need assistance during the exam, please let us know before your visit.

Sharing any special needs or accommodations in advance helps us serve you with comfort and confidence.

Step 3: Caring for Our Youngest Patients

Because health and financial decisions will be made during pediatric visits, patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire appointment.

Step 4: Making the Most of Your Benefits

To help you get the best possible value from your coverage, we ask for both your vision and medical insurance information.

Many medical plans include hidden or lesser-known benefits for eye exams that can sometimes provide better coverage than a vision plan alone. Having both on file allows our team to review your options and file your visit in the way that benefits you most.

When we receive your correct insurance information at least three (3) business days prior to your appointment, we are happy to verify benefits and file claims on your behalf.

  • Co-pays and deductibles apply based on your plan

  • Without pre-verification, payment is due at the time of service

  • We can still file your claim for reimbursement if needed

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit.

📱 Easy option: Our secure texting system allows you to send a photo of your insurance card—we’ll reach out with simple instructions.

Step 5: What to Bring

To get the most accurate results from your exam:

  • Contact lens wearers: Please wear your contact lenses to your appointment

  • Everyone: Bring the glasses and prescription sunglasses you wear most often

Step 6: Getting Here Is Easy

If this is your first visit, please review our location instructions here before you leave.

The Ridge Office Park is a newer development and may not appear correctly on GPS systems.
